CORRECTION: Anticipated adjustment due to extraordinary dividend in Frontline (210/26)

The correction reffers to the ordinary dividend not being included in the original adjustment calculation.

The following information is based on the press release from Frontline Plc (Frontline) published on September 11, 2026, and may be subject to change.

The Board of Directors of Frontline has resolved to distribute an extraordinary dividend of USD 0.80 per share in addition to an ordinary dividend of USD 2.61 per share. The scheduled Ex-date is September 17, 2026. NASDAQ Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options, regular and gross return forwards/futures in Frontline (FRO).
