B2 Impact ASA: mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 16 September 2026 regarding the results of the secondary placement.

Trond Kristian Andreassen, Chief Executive Officer of B2 Impact ASA, and André Adolfsen, Chief Financial Officer of B2 Impact ASA, were in the secondary placement on the 16th of September 2026 allocated 23,000 respectively 23,114 shares.

Trond Kristian Andreassen, through his related party VIMAR AS, acquired 23,000 shares in B2 Impact ASA, at an average price of NOK 23.35. Following this transaction, Trond Kristian Andreassen will hold 402,987 shares in B2 Impact ASA.

André Adolfsen acquired 23,114 shares at an average price of NOK 23.35. Following this transaction, André Adolfsen will hold 223,114 shares in B2 Impact ASA.
