Australia's Healius rises on sale of unit Agilex; Jefferies lifts PT

** Jefferies raises price target to A$0.44 from A$0.41, keeps 'hold' rating

** Healthcare firm agrees to sell its unit Agilex Biolabs to subsidiary of Novotech Health for enterprise value of A$160 million ($112.18 million)

** "Post this sale, we will be watching even closer for solid pathology volume growth in FY27E, which will be critical for margin improvement," Jefferies says
