** Stock on track to log 5.1% gain for the week, its strongest since August 10

** Waste management firm says bidder EQT Infrastructure is continuing to progress its confirmatory due diligence

** Adds both co and EQT are working towards negotiation and execution of implementation deed

** Cleanaway in August said that it would grant EQT AB-managed EQTAB.ST EQT Infrastructure exclusive due diligence after receiving an A$9.4 billion ($6.69 billion) takeover offer

** Stock up 4.3% YTD, including the day's moves
