Å Energi AS: Successful placement of Schuldschein loan EUR 75 mill

Å Energi has successfully placed a new EUR 75 million Schuldscheindarlehen ("SSD") in the German market, split in two equal tranches of 9 and 10 year maturities. The loan supports further diversification of the investor base of Å Energi and confirms a wide access to the funding markets. SEB acted as arranger for the transaction.
