BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 September 2021, Discoverie Group PLC revenues increased 21% to £174.3M. Net income before extraordinary items decreased 19% to £3M. Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Net income was offset by Unallocated segment loss increase of 44% to £5.9M. Dividend per share remained flat at £0.03.
