Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Net Income reflects FV Adjustments of Financial Investments decrease of 46% to $6K (expense). Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items increased from -$0.13 to $3.39.
