BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, The Hackett Group, Inc. revenues increased 16% to $278.8M. Net income before extraordinary items increased from $5.6M to $41.6M. Revenues reflect Consulting segment increase of 17% to $267.3M, Software License Sales segment increase of 53% to $10.3M, North America segment increase of 22% to $254.1M. Net income benefited from Restructuring charges and asset impairme decrease from $10.5M (expense) to $0K.
