BRIEF: For the six months ended 31 December 2021, Premier Inc revenues decreased 3% to $744.4M. Net income applicable to common stockholders increased 21% to $197.5M. Revenues reflect a decrease in demand for the Company's products and services due to unfavorable market conditions. Net income reflects (Loss) gain on FFF Put and Call Rights increase from $16.4M (expense) to $64.1M (income).
