It purchases name-brand consumables and fresh products through a centralized purchasing team that manages supplier relationships to acquire merchandise. The Company distributes inventory through eight primary distribution centers. It operates three distribution centers and use five distribution centers operated by third parties. It has an in-house transportation fleet as well as transportation partner relationships that provides deliveries to its stores.
