** Shares drop to their lowest levels since August 17

** The seed technology company expects material items in FY26 to be between A$90 million and A$110 million ($64.04 million - $78.27 million)

** Says one-off charges relate to implementation of strategy refresh and cost-reduction programme

** YTD, shares up 25.5%
