Television Francaise 1 SA, also known as TF1, is a France-based company primarily engaged in the television broadcasting and communication services. It is present in freeview television with TF1, a general channel without specific thematic content; TMC and NT1. The Company is also present in pay television with Eurosport, a sports broadcasting channel; TV Breizh; the Discovery division, including Ushuaia TV, Histoire and Stylia; LCI, a news and current events analysis channel; TF6 and Serie Club. In addition, the Company's other activities include audiovisual and film production, acquisition and trading of audiovisual rights, movie distribution, sale of commercials, publishing of music compact discs (CDs), as well as management of a social media platform under the MinuteBuzz brand name. The Company operates through numerous subsidiaries, including TF1 Publicite, Aufeminin SA and Teleshopping, among others.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, Television Francaise 1 SA revenues increased 17% to EUR2.43B. Net income increased from EUR55.3M to EUR225.3M. Revenues reflect France segment increase of 13% to EUR2.16B, Continental Europe segment increase of 77% to EUR186.9M. Net income benefited from Other income increase from EUR42.1M to EUR130.9M (income), Non-current operating expenses decrease of 86% to EUR10.3M (expense).
