The Oxley Group operates a wide range of projects in Singapore, Cyprus, Great Britain, Ireland, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, China, Australia, Myanmar, Vietnam and Japan. Oxley’s business goes beyond property development and also provides project consultancy and management business in Myanmar. The Group also partners with overseas and local partners and developers. In 2013, Oxley bought a 20 per cent stake in Galliard Limited, a leading hospitality and property development group in the United Kingdom which manages various developments in southern England and London.
Oxley Group also bought a 40 per cent stake in an integrated project group from Australia, Pindan Group Pty LTD, and 15 per cent in United Engineers, a Singapore-based engineering and property development company.
Oxley Holding Pte Ltd was founded in Singapore on March 16, 2010 as a private company. In October 2010, Oxley was converted into a public company and was listed on the SGX Catalist.
